We’re building a collective of rare minds– people who combine psychological insight with presence, intuition with action, and humility with real power.
As Stable grows, so does its mission: to serve more people without diluting the depth. Each coach in our team has been carefully selected not just for their qualifications, but for their depth. Whether they’ve worked on the pitch, in the boardroom or behind closed doors with the world’s highest performers, our coaches share one thing in common:
They know that peak performance starts inside. And they’re here to guide you back to the part of you that never flinches.
Michael Caulfield MSc
Michael is one of the UK’s most respected performance psychologists — known not just for his credentials, but for his pace. In a world obsessed with speed and measurement, he slows things down to what really matters: connection, presence, and being fully seen.
With a background spanning elite sport, leadership, and culture change, Michael’s approach is grounded, intuitive and deeply human. He sees what others miss — and helps high performers reconnect to what’s true, not just what’s expected.
You’ll often find him out walking with his dog Paisley, quietly noticing what others overlook — just as he does in his work.
Maya Raichoora
Maya is a global leader in mental fitness and visualisation, guiding athletes and executives to unlock their highest potential — mentally, emotionally and physically.
She made history as Nike’s first-ever Mental Fitness Trainer, and continues to lead the field with her immersive, results-driven approach.
Known for her clarity, energy and grounded tools, Maya works with elite performers to build resilience, focus and emotional mastery under pressure.
She’s the author of Visualise and a sought-after speaker, helping people not just perform — but flourish from within.
Rainier Koers
Rainier brings decades of leadership experience into the world of elite sport and high performance. After 20 years in commercial leadership roles — including as a managing director — he now helps athletes, coaches and teams thrive from the inside out.
His philosophy is simple: “High performance starts with well-being.” With warmth, empathy, and sharp psychological insight, Rain helps people dissolve internal pressure, reconnect to their values, and lead from a place of alignment.
Rain has worked with world-class organisations including Manchester United, FC Cincinnati, and FC Gronigen. He’s also the founder of KoersCoach — a consultancy that bridges human behaviour, leadership and lasting change.
Simon Mundie
Simon helps leaders, founders and elite performers move from overthinking into flow — clearing the psychological noise that blocks their best work. Drawing from elite sport, somatic practices and spiritual depth, his approach is intuitive, embodied and refreshingly human.
A former BBC broadcaster, host of A New Way of Being, and author of Champion Thinking (Bloomsbury), Simon has worked with central government departments, NHS leadership, and global organisations navigating high-stakes moments.
He’s known for helping people let go of adaptive survival patterns — and step into their true self with calm, clarity and power.
Christina Pilkington
Christina blends systems-psychodynamic insight with real-world leadership experience — guiding executives and organisations toward deep, sustainable transformation. With 20+ years in finance, charity, and consultancy, she’s led organisations from the ground up and navigated large-scale change across sectors.
She holds a Master’s from the Tavistock Clinic and specialises in uncovering the unconscious patterns shaping individuals and teams. Her work is emotionally intelligent, strategically sharp, and rooted in care.
Christina also leads wilderness retreats, creating space for reflection, reconnection and personal growth — helping leaders return to what truly matters.
Sean Einhaus
Sean works at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern performance psychology — helping elite athletes meet pressure with presence. A former pro golfer with German–Nepali roots, he now coaches Olympians, PGA and DP World Tour players, and rising talents across the globe.
His work blends mindset mastery, spiritual depth and mental clarity, helping athletes unlock resilience and stillness in the most high-stakes moments.
Founder of Antidote, Sean also leads retreats and programs that go beyond performance — guiding individuals into a life of deep alignment and sustained excellence.
“The time I’ve spent with Danny has been transformational.
“You reach a point in your career where the majority of your leadership and performance growth come from personal development rather than an increase in technical knowledge. The time I’ve spent with Danny has been transformational: it has helped me recognize historical patterns of behaviour, step outside of dysfunctional ways of thinking and brought more clarity in key moments of decision making.”
The Stable standard
At Stable, our coaches don’t follow formulas — they follow truth. Each one has been chosen not just for what they know, but for how they see, how they hold space, and how they meet people in the places most others avoid.
We look for rare minds: people who’ve lived the work, not just studied it. Coaches who understand pressure from the inside. Who can track the subtle, see beyond the surface, and guide transformation from a place of presence — not performance.
